ADVENTIST WORLD — As more and more Adventist congregations have turned to drive-in church models during the COVID-19 pandemic, the church manual has been updated to reflect what leaders are calling “priority parking concerns.”

In addition to giving priority spots to church office staff and visitors, the first row of drive-in theater parking is reserved for guardian angels.

Adventist leaders are hoping the special treatment will persuade angels to overlook the risqué new trend in coronavirus church and resist the temptation to just congregate outside the theater entrance.

I went to see the coming attractions, the newsreels, and a few cartoons. The food consession sells vega corn dogs and caffeine free colas. I practiced social distance with my girl friend.
