Trump, Biden Commit To Singing “Kumbaya” Together At Start Of Next Debate

WASHINGTON, D.C. — After the unmitigated disaster that was the first US Presidential Debate, both President Donald Trump and Former Vice President Joe Biden have committed to a duet at the start of the next debate.

The two men will sing the popular Christian chorus, “Kumbaya.” Both campaigns agreed that pausing to sing the song would encourage a more civil approach to the next debate.

The Commission On Presidential Debates claimed the constant interruptions, insults and low-blows that defined the first debate made for an “absolute train wreck” and has asked the public for other chorus suggestions should “Kumbaya” not do the trick.

Both politicians are said to be practicing “Kumbaya” and will meet on Zoom for a quick dry run before singing before the cameras in a couple weeks. As of now, there is no word on whether they will try to sing the song as a round.

They should also sing, “In the sweet by&by”, “Shall we gather at the river(Potomac)”,”Take my hand precious Lord”, “Sweet Beulah Land” ,”Never part again”, Glory, glory, Hallelujah” and a few others I can’t name. MAGA-make adventism great again!
