GC Compliance Committee Brought In To Stop Hong Kong Protests

HONG KONG – Over-stretched Hong Kong law enforcement authorities have invited a General Conference compliance committee to put a stop to pro-democracy protests that have rocked the city for weeks.

A committee specialized in dissent suppression left Silver Spring this morning. It is reportedly brainstorming crowd control tactics on the flight over the Pacific.

So far the committee has proposed enforcing an academy-style curfew across the region.

In addition, the committee is suggesting ankle bracelets that have been beta tested on Adventist rebel union presidents, as tracking devices for protest ring leaders.
