What it is: Just what it sounds like. What you do: If you are a guest, you will probably have to stand or at the least, raise your hand. Do either with gusto and confidence, looking around you and smiling broadly. Look into people's eyes. It will freak them out. (© 1969 ABC Television)

Usually, I kneel “as far as possible”. might even prostrate myself at prayer like the Publican or I can stand like the Pharisee. Options!! Closing eyes for meditation purposes during the service is also great solution. Oops, I just missed the Doxolgy or was it the Benediction? Woe is me!!
