Church administrators marveled as members of hugely diverse cultural and theological persuasions joined hands and hearts in prayer for the iPhone X.
Prayer request hotlines at Adventists ministries reported a tremendous surge of calls as Adventists breathessly pleaded for the gadget.
“Never in recent years have I seen such unity in the Adventist Church,” said GC spokesperson Anool Kahnsal, “This new piece of technology has sparked a burning desire that transcends differences in age, gender and understanding of ordination.”
Kahnsal added that at the current price point “it will take nothing less than a miracle for me to get my hands on the iPhone X.”
