Washing the feet of someone you are dating is akin to renting out a billboard next to a busy freeway with the words, "WE ARE GETTING MARRIED. LIKE, REALLY SOON," on it. So unless that ring/watch has been exchanged (and no, the promise ones don't count), just don't do it. (Photo via wikimedia.org)
