SILVER SPRING, Md. — As Annual Council delegates ready themselves for the important duty of shaming conscientious objectors, leaders are reminded of heavenly policy stipulating that only a delegate with no history of publicized or covered-up non-compliance can throw the first stone of reprimand.
Delegates who may have abused their authority; rigged or manipulated votes; faked credentials or indulged in financial misconduct are not eligible to utter so much as a word.
The same goes for those that would attempt to usurp heavenly authority by greedily hoarding highly earthly, kingly power and targeting their ideological opponents with words of reprimand.
