What If the Remnant Isn’t a People, but a Posture?

Share

We’ve spent generations trying to define the remnant.

Who’s in. Who’s out. Who has the “truth.”
But what if we’ve been asking the wrong question?

What if the remnant isn’t a group to join—but a spirit to embody?

A posture of humility.

A hunger for God’s voice, wherever it’s speaking.

A willingness to follow truth, even when it disrupts our comfort zones.

Scripture doesn’t say the remnant are the ones with the perfect doctrines.

It says they follow the Lamb wherever He goes.

That means you might find remnants in a Catholic cathedral, in a Pentecostal prayer circle, in a quiet Methodist pew—or in an Adventist small group that’s learning to love better.

Being “the remnant” isn’t about having all the light.

It’s about walking faithfully with the light you’ve been given—
and never thinking that light begins and ends with you.

The remnant isn’t a brand.

It’s a posture of radical humility, grace, and obedience.

And if that’s true, then the real question isn’t Are we the remnant?

The question is: Are we still following the Lamb?
