COLD SNAP, Mich. — Pastor Des Tibbitts of Cold Snap SDA is out of a job after preaching a sermon on “Contagious Faith” to a dumbfounded congregation last Sabbath.
Eyewitnesses from last Sabbath’s divine service say that many members were seen retrieving face masks from bags and pockets and putting them on as Tibbitts talked about spreading faith wherever you go and having an “irresistible presence.”
Tibbitts reportedly told everyone that “with every breath we should aim to spread the good news with those we encounter.”
