GC MOVIE – Heaven Entrance Exam Leaked: “What Day is the Sabbath?” Only Question

Share

The upcoming General Conference-produced movie “The Pearly Gates Dilemma” has leaked a controversial scene that has the Adventist community buzzing. The scene reveals that as eager believers line up at heaven’s entrance, they’re handed a single-question exam: “What day is the Sabbath?”

The film’s producer, Elder I.M. Literal, defends the scene, stating, “We’re just dramatizing what we’ve always believed. If you can’t get the Sabbath right, how can you expect to get into heaven?” This bold portrayal has sparked a heated debate within the church.

Critics argue that the movie oversimplifies the concept of salvation, reducing it to a mere question of Sabbath observance. “Salvation is by faith in Jesus, not by passing a theological quiz,” one critic noted. On the other hand, supporters praise the film for its “doctrinal purity” and for highlighting what they see as a crucial aspect of Adventist identity.

One excited church member exclaimed, “Finally, a film that shows the true importance of the Sabbath!”

As the debate rages on, rumors are already circulating about a sequel where St. Peter checks baptismal certificates and potluck attendance records.
