Ah, haystacks: Beloved dish of NAD Adventists, bafflement to Adventists elsewhere and taco salad to everyone else. Haystacks are typically made with corn chips, protein (usually beans) and assorted vegetables and sauces. The possible combinations are truly mind-boggling and endless.
